Paperless Enrollment

You must be Registered Online to set up Paperless billing
Paperless Enrollment
- Log into your account www.invoicecloud.com/wilsonvilleor
- On the right hand side, click the "Paperless" box
- Follow the prompts on the screen and click "Save my Changes" (green box)
- Once completed you can go back to your dashboard by selecting the home icon located at the upper right hand side of the page
- Paperless will now be in green and say "Enrolled"
EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
- Please add utility@wilsonvilleoregon.gov to your safe senders list
- You will receive an email with the monthly invoice by the 10th of each month
- Courtesy email reminders are sent for unpaid balances and upcoming scheduled payments
- If you wish to not receive notifications you can Opt-Out by going to 'My Profile', 'Update My User Information' and select the box under 'Unsubscribe from Invoice Notifications'.
Update Email Address
- Log into your account www.invoicecloud.com/wilsonvilleor
- At the top of the screen, select "My Profile"
- From the drop down menu, select "Update My User Info"
- Email Address
- Primary email for the account for notifications
- Update by overriding the existing email
- Courtesy Email Address
- Secondary email for account notifications
- Email Address
