The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for reconstructing SW Parkway Court, SW Parkway Avenue from Town Center Loop to Southwest Thunderbird Drive, and SW Grahams Fy Road from Cahalin Road to north of SW Day Road; and reconstructing ADA curb ramps. The improvements consist of approximately 8,660 SY of removal of surfacing, 3,190 CY of general excavation, 3,180 Tons of asphalt concrete pavement installation, 3,190 CY of aggregate base installation, and 4 curb ramp reconstructions. Performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents.
The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $2.4M-$2.6M.
